They called me back to look into an issue but not able to hep because cash app money transfers untraceable. When i called CNC i was under the impression i was calling a government agency. I didn't know but rep explained me that CNC is a private company 👍

After being in a horrible accident we wasn't sure what to do or where to turn. My husband called Good Guys and it was the best call we could of ever made! Jake and Rachel were the absolute best from the very beginning till the end! They explained every single thing in detail to us which was very important because we had never had anything like this happen before. Well it appears all is lost , cnc have been totally professional and up front with me however because I’m from NZ and I got scammed overseas our useless police force will not lift a finger to help me . My belief was that when cnc had finished my review they could obtain the identification of my horrible scammers for me . Had I known or been told that the NZ police would have to do this I wouldn’t have engaged the services of cnc . If you have been scammed from a different country other than your own it appears futile for a return. My investigation is still ongoing but without police assistance this seems futile now

This company is either incompetent a scam or both. I hired them to recover money that was scammed via Bitcoin mining. During the first stage of introduction they presented a sense of urgency. After I payed them, they seemed no urgent at all. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION, never returned calls or emails and when I did reach someone they always said my caseworker is unavailable. The bad part is that I gave them all the necessary tools to catch the perpetrator from name, address, phone number,copy of text messages and all copies of the transactions, this should’ve been a open and shut case. Instead they kept blaming it on other reps. It’s been over a year and I’ve received nothing. Not even a email stating” sorry we can’t help” I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I may even sue!!!

Morgan Lyons was amazing to work with! I was in a car accident about a year and a half ago, and he worked day and night to get the right pay out on the case. I got in a wreck and had been injured. I was going to just have the insurance company pay the medical bills. The insurance company wasn't in a hurry to get a hold of me or help me. I called Jake and explained my situation. I came in end he gave me a good idea of what was going to happen. I didn't realize he was working with my best interest in mind. If I have anything like this in the future im definitely coming back. I will recommend them to anyone in an accident. If you read this and aren't sure what to do if you got in a wreck and got injured. If you call your going to appreciate honesty and hire them on the spot. It's one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Morgan Lyons, my lawyer, was incredible. I am currently in graduate school and did not have a lot of time to handle a settlement and all of the logistics that came along with it.
