I highly recommend C&H!!!! Very professional. Great communication throughout the entire process and answered any and all questions I had. They made me feel like they really cared about me and not just them getting a paycheck. They are the best!!!!!!

Christensen & Hymas are the best ever !!!! After my Moms accident they were SO helpful. They immediately drove to Orem to meet with us and answered all of our questions and told us stuff we had no idea about. They kept in touch constantly. Had a bicycle accident in the summer and found Christensen and Hymas. I met with Morgan and Mel and they explained everything and made me feel 100 times better about my accident. They were always very responsive and got back to me as quickly as possible with any questions. Coming to them was the best decision I could have ever made.

Russ was extremely knowledgeable about the laws involving cyclist and had actually advocated for laws that protected me in my case. It was nice to turn things over to Russ and his team and not have to worry about any of the details. Christensen & Hymas and their team were very friendly and great to work with. They helped me get the treatments I needed, while recovering from my accident. They had my best interest in mind as they guided me through different situations that came up and may have changed the outcome of my case for the better. In the end, I received a better settlement than what I expected. I had a different lawyer many years ago and there is no comparison between the two... Ken Christensen & Russ Hymas really are THE Good Guys! I was severely injured in an accident that was someone else's fault. When I hired Christensen & Hymas (specifically Ken) their first concern and priority was making sure I was seeing the best medical professionals for my situation - they knew the right people. They wanted me back to the best possible health for my sake. They really are the experts in personal injury. I always felt like they had me covered. They have a great track record and I always felt like the advice they gave was spot on. I feel like everything was handled professionally and in as timely a manner as they could make it happen - unfortunately the other side had deep pockets and their lawyers dragged things out, but Ken & Kathy were always quick to respond to my inquiries and showed a lot of care for me, my family and my case. Please, let me not ever have to go through anything like this again, but if I do, Ken will be one of my first calls!

I was in a car accident of January 2020. From the very beginning they were attentive and kept me up to date on the progress of my case. I even had to go to court since the other person was trying to get the ticket thrown out. They showed up to the court even though it had nothing to do with the case. This process took a while due to the other insurance company. They stayed on the case and kept me updated and were very professional. Let me know what was needed and how to go about getting the information needed. The outcome was better than could have been hoped for. One of the best things about working with this firm was that they informed and advised but I was still the decision maker and they were good with that. Awesome!

I hired Christensen & Hymas after a car pulled out in front of me on my bike. I was injured and the insurance company was playing games. I hired Ken Christensen who is also an avid cyclist. He went right after the insurance companies. He understood the value of my bike and how Utah cycling laws apply to car accidents. He got a great result for me. I highly recommend this firm for any car accident case, but especially bike accidents.

I was in a bicycle accident with a pickup truck that moved into the center lane reserved for left turns and then did a wide right turn directly in front of me, while I was traveling about 25 mph downhill. I spent 5 days in a hospital, had 4 surgeries over a 3-month period, and dealt with other medical issues indirectly caused by the accident. First of all, The Utah Bicycle Accident Handbook written by Christensen & Hymas is an EXCELLENT resource that explained how insurance worked and gave me a good understanding of what to expect. After contacting the driver's insurance company and the agent flatly refusing to pay anything other than the $3K PIP coverage, I contacted Ken Christensen. He was, and is, very professional. His staff, especially Mel Martin who worked with me, were also very professional. Ken outlined how things would work, which is what eventually happened. He also explained very well the options available to me and the risks involved. I eventually settled and received more than I thought I would, which has been very helpful considering the loss of my job and lack of medical insurance after the accident. I HIGHLY recommend Christensen & Hymas for any accident, especially bicycle accidents. All the lawyer bike and know what we cyclists face!
