The attorney at Dexter & Dexter was amazing. He collaborated a lot and I could tell he really listens to me as he remembered everything from previous conversations, even stuff I had already forgotten he remembered it and asked me about it. Chris in particular is an awesome man and a great attorney and person. He is super honest and smart. I would totally recommend this law firm.

I spoke with many different law firms before someone referred me to Dexter & Dexter and none of them were able to help me. When Chris got the message I left with his firm, we was willing to call me on my lunch break even though he was busy. He immediately recognized my problem and reassured me that he would look into it and see if he’d be able to help me, whereas every other firm said they couldn’t help me. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and was very patient with me as he answered all my questions and explained to me the situation and what my options were. I had lots of questions that probably didn’t all make sense, but Chris was willing to explain them to me again until it made sense to me. Chris did an AMAZING job on my case and I highly highly recommend him.

My husband has been diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury and Dexter & Dexter took advantage of someone who has been deemed as incapacitated by 3 medical professionals. The latest Dr Adams who found that he needed to have another neurological test in January of this year and he could not enter into a contract by himself and I still needed to watch his finances. But Dexter & Dexter did not care when he told them he had fallen 42 feet and he cracked his skull, tore his aorta into his heart, he broke his back, and shattered his wrist. But they didn't care or listen to his needs so I took him to another firm. They actually work and help my husband. Now they won't return my husband's money. They did nothing for him or worked on his case at all. I guess that is worth $400 dollars. Update they had an incapacitated person sign an agreement when in January Dr. Adams said I was incapacitated still but because of covid they could not give me another neurological assessment. She said that I need a legal guardian to assist me until such test can be given. The partner called me and my wife and said that they would return the $400 to me and guess what it still has not come. I went and printed the neurological report that proves I am incapacitated and need assistance and I am going to take it to the Office of Professional conduct OPC and show them they signed into a contract with an individual who had a tramatic brain injury. All because they didn't want to return my $400. I gave them plenty of time. The put on the electric sign they are great Mormons supporting byu football. But they take advantage of people medically deemed as incapacitated. When a neurological report shows when measured and compared to healthy age peers defects within aspects of executive functioning and limitations involving verbal memory retrieval. Stay care of Dexter & Dexter they are not what they show they are. Their head of the office told my wife and I to sue them.

Our experience with Dexter and Dexter was very positive overall. Although the situation we found ourselves in was very stressful and overwhelming, turning it over to Dexter and Dexter allowed us to focus on other things that needed to happen. Chris was very responsive to our needs, and helped us navigate the complexities of insurance and settlements that we had no idea how to process. Our biggest regret is not coming to them sooner.
