Chris Dexter did an excellent job in my wife's "slip and fall" injury case. We had consulted another law firm and that attorney told us to settle for the amount the insurance company had offered. We took the matter to Chris, and he helped us to recover a larger settlement. He treats his clients in a personal and professional manner. We live in California and were conducting our claim through Chris by phone and email. He kept us informed continuously of the status of the case. We highly recommend Chris Dexter as an attorney. He is a strong advocate for his clients.

Went in for a consult. They seemed very uninterested. There lawyer never even introduced himself or shook my hand or anything. *** UPDATE *** I got a call the same day as my consult from the owner of the firm asking how my experience was. After I explained to him what happened, he was very apologetic and asked what he could do to make things right. He talked to the attorney I met with and assured that things would be better. While I won't be using them to represent me, the fact that the owner was willing to reach out to me and work to make things right was a huge plus for me, so I have updated my rating from 2 -> 4 stars.

I had the worst experience. I spent over $3,700 and the lawyer and the firm did nothing to earn that money. They charged me for every little text, email and phone call. I went to mediation and my lawyer did nothing just sat next to me for 7 hours and did not fight for me one bit. I feel that I was robbed by Dexter and Dexter, waisted my money and I ended up just releasing my lawyer and doing it all myself. I was with the lawyer for 7 months and i did in one month what I was expecting the lawyer to do. I wish i never would have walked into their office. Nobody cared about me only getting payment for nothing in return.

A friend of mine referred me to Brian Miller and Dexter and Dexter law offices on Orem, UT. Because I was cited after the incident and the other individual was not it pretty much meant that the city prosecutor was going to charge just me. This was an extremely stressful result that I would have never expected based on the circumstances. Nevertheless, after speaking with Brian and finding out that he had been a prosecutor prior to becoming a defense attorney was very comforting. His confidence and knowledge told me I was making the right decision by choosing to move forward with Dexter and Dexter and Mr. Miller. Brian was very supportive up front and I truly felt that he believed in me. Which is important especially when you feel like the cards are being stacked against you in the legal system. I was given an opportunity by the city prosecutor to accept a lesser charge but knowing that I was innocent and that I had Brian in my corner I chose to move forward to trial and Brian could not have been more supportive of my decision. Brian does not bring additional stress or anxiety into the situation. Just the opposite. He immediately begin alleviating my stress level and building my confidence. But I felt as though he was genuinely building me up which allowed me to know I was making the right decision. An additional really great thing about Brian is he convinced me early on that he was genuinely interested in having a positive outcome in my case. At trial Brian was unbelievable. I even told him after the not guilty verdict had I been found guilty I still would have been amazed at his professionalism, demeanor, and delivery. He poured over all of the details of the case and the questions and everything else that was going to play an important part of my trial. he was kind and thoughtful throughout the entire trial even to the other individual involved. As well as to all of the prosecutor's witnesses. his questioning was thorough and brought to light the truth. The jurors all said after they were confident that I was innocent. The prosecutor stumbled and became frustrated throughout the process but Brian kept his cool and showed great poise during the entire trial. It was obvious that he was very well prepared. I would like to point out that this was not the case with the prosecutor. He ate her lunch. Obviously everybody's case is going to be different. But if you are charged with something that you did not do it is imperative that you find really good legal representation and I would go back to Brian Miller at Dexter and Dexter again...no questions asked. I highly recommend Brian Miller to anyone who is needing a great defense attorney. Todd Harris

Both of my attorneys were polite treated me with respect they communicated to each other because my cases affected each other. they were very understanding and quick to respond to my questions or concerns.
