From the very beginning they were attentive and kept me up to date on the progress of my case. I even had to go to court since the other person was trying to get the ticket thrown out. They showed up to the court even though it had nothing to do with the case. This process took a while due to the other insurance company. They stayed on the case and kept me updated and were very professional. Let me know what was needed and how to go about getting the information needed. The outcome was better than could have been hoped for. One of the best things about working with this firm was that they informed and advised but I was still the decision maker and they were good with that. Awesome!

I was t-boned by a Mac truck. It totaled my truck. Ken took the stress of dealing with my injuries and losses. He handled everything in a professional and caring manner. I would highly recommended him to anyone needing stress free legal help.

I hired Christensen & Hymas after a car pulled out in front of me on my bike. I was injured and the insurance company was playing games. I hired Ken Christensen who is also an avid cyclist. He went right after the insurance companies. He understood the value of my bike and how Utah cycling laws apply to car accidents. He got a great result for me. I highly recommend this firm for any car accident case, but especially bike accidents.

I was in a bicycle accident with a pickup truck that moved into the center lane reserved for left turns and then did a wide right turn directly in front of me, while I was traveling about 25 mph downhill. I spent 5 days in a hospital, had 4 surgeries over a 3-month period, and dealt with other medical issues indirectly caused by the accident. First of all, The Utah Bicycle Accident Handbook written by Christensen & Hymas is an EXCELLENT resource that explained how insurance worked and gave me a good understanding of what to expect. After contacting the driver's insurance company and the agent flatly refusing to pay anything other than the $3K PIP coverage, I contacted Ken Christensen. He was, and is, very professional. His staff, especially Mel Martin who worked with me, were also very professional. Ken outlined how things would work, which is what eventually happened. He also explained very well the options available to me and the risks involved. I eventually settled and received more than I thought I would, which has been very helpful considering the loss of my job and lack of medical insurance after the accident. I HIGHLY recommend Christensen & Hymas for any accident, especially bicycle accidents. All the lawyer bike and know what we cyclists face!

Kathy and Morgan really made the whole horrible process of getting injured in an accident, totaling our car and dealing with treatment and bills manageable. From day one with our consultation we knew we were being taken care of. We got way more back than we anticipated and Kathy was amazing at keeping us updated and making sure everything got covered and following up with hard to work with insurance and medical companies. We even had one really hard to deal with Bill that Kathy really put her all into getting reconciled for us after a YEAR past the actual services and they still weren’t getting things done. I had a very good experience working with Christensen and Hymas law firm. I worked with Morgan Lyons and Rachael Stocking, who worked hard to get me a fair settlement which I am very thankful for! It took about a year, and they were able to cover everything from hospitals, doctors, ambulances, X-rays, etc. That took a big burden off of me, and I highly recommend their services!
