What I sincerely appreciated because of our own time constraints, was how responsive the firm was in getting the answers and proper papers prepared. Communication was another key element. Jared accepted me as a New client to do a remote transfer of deeds. He completed all the intricacies needed in a timely fashion and came to my hotel in order for me to sign the forms. He brought his Notary and a witness in order to make the transaction as smooth as possible. He was very professional and his fee was extremely fair.
