They were most helpful in helping me understand my case a little better. They gave me some great insight and a price estimate. While the price was too high for the case at hand, I wouldn't necessarily say it was too expensive by any means. Just the case at hand wasn't worth hiring any attorney for in the end. They guided me and were of great help to me during this ordeal.
