I had a fantastic experience using Jonathan to collect on a tenant judgment. After no success for 2 years using another attorney, Jonathan took over my case, was able to track down my tenant, and get great results. Jonathan made us 3 promises when we hired him. 1. It'd probably be cheaper to pay him hourly than contingency. 2. He's too busy to communicate as frequently as we'd probably want. 3. He'd collect every penny he legally could. He kept all 3 promises. Can't ask for more from anyone. We appreciate his service.

Jonathan is all business. He's not gonna molly coddle you, but he will collect for you. I went through all the work of Small Claims against a corrupt builder, won 15 K but had no luck collecting. Hired Jonathan and within 2 months had a settlement check. He's the real deal.

Literally, the best at what he does! If he can't collect it, I don't believe anyone could. I worked with my divorce attorney for YEARS trying to get the money owed to me through a divorce. We went to court several times, just on and on, with very little money collected. Finally, my divorce attorney recommended I go to an attorney who specializes in collections. I signed paperwork with Kirk Law Tuesday afternoon, by Thursday night he had taken massive steps to secure my money and had officially collected all of it by Friday morning. He is worth every penny!
