You will not find anybody better than Jonathan. He is not only a great person, but a phenomenal collection attorney as well. He did so much more than any other attorney I had ever worked with. He went way above what was expected, listened, and really understood my case. He was always on top of what was happening and I knew that I could count on him, and I had total trust in his advice and decisions. He was able to put an end to a 21 year stress, and I can't thank him enough. I would recommend him 100%, and it is definitely true that if he can't collect it, nobody could.

Jonathan Kirk at Kirk Law was the absolute best to work with. I especially liked the level of information that was shared with me. I wasn't just told what would happen, I was informed and learned about the laws that would affect my case and how he would be handling it. Communication was great. I had contacted several attorneys to take my child support case, but kept getting turned down because they didn't think they could collect it. Then I found Kirk Law. Jonathan agreed to take the case, telling me that it may take some time. Within 2 years he collected the judgement in full! He really believes that if he can't collect, nobody can....And he stands by that! Thank you for proving that the other attorneys were wrong. If I could leave a 6 star review, I would!

Jonathan did a very impressive job for us. He was fast, knowledgeable and skilled. Within four days of accepting our case he began executing on property necessary to collect our judgment with the help of a constable. Very well done!
