I was referred to John Larsen through a family member. I initially met with him to educate myself on what exactly takes place for a divorce. He was very kind and direct. He explained everything with simplicity. I later hired him to represent me in my divorce. He was very professional towards both myself, and my ex throughout the entire process. Once he gathered the needed information, he took care of everything and communicated the filing status each step of the way. I highly recommend John.

We paid him upfront for a step parent adoption case and I was a little worried at first that he would set it on the back burner b/c we had already paid him. However, that was not true. He was on top of things. Didn't let the case sit at all as far as he had control of! Also he was very professional and easy to correspond with through email. He won our case and I am so grateful. Matt Jube is not only a great Lawyer but a great man! 12 years ago I was 19 and found my self in some trouble and was not sure what to do. I had went to a few lawyers and they would not take me seriously or they just wanted a lot of money to push some papers and extra for anything else. I spoke with the public defender a few times but they had such a big work load that they could not remember me and they just wanted me to plead guilty to have one less case to work on. When I first met Matt he treated me with respect and addressed me like a client and not a criminal. He set up a very reasonable payment plan, and treated my case the same. He even went as far as talking to my parents and telling them that I had not been treated fairly and I was not playing the victim. He not only told me that he was in my corner, he showed me. He got me and amazing deal so I would not have a false felony charge follow me around for the rest of my life. 2 years later I was wrongly charged with a DUI, I called Matt and he remembered me and again gave me a very good price and got my entire case thrown out on the first court date. THE FIRST COURT DATE. Any one that has been though the system knows that is not something that happens. Again, he saved me from having a false felony follow me around. That same year I got in trouble again but did not have any money and barley a place to live and I had to use a public defender, I still called Matt. I let him know what had happened but that I had no money, he was up front with me and told me he could not represent me but he said what I could do and even sent a call/email to the public defender that was working on my case to tell her what he told me and that either one of us could call for advice if needs be. My Grandfather was a defense attorney and a damn good one at that and he believed when you become a defense attorney you take an oath to protect your client. Matt upholds that oath weather that is in a court room, in his office or every day life. Now, fast forward 10 years I am getting a state license and cannot have any felonies but when they ran my background one came up. Turns out the courts messed up some paperwork and the state showed I still had a felony. I called Matt to see if he could help me out and get it all fixed, not only did he treat me the same he always had but also he remembered me and asked sincerely how I was doing. He took care of everything within a week. I have since gotten my life together and have been out of trouble for years and if it were not for Matt and his good work I don’t know where I would be, nor do I want to know. He is the only lawyer I refer my friends and family to, and the only one I will ever go to.

Very smart and understanding attorney. He explains things fully in a way that is easily understood. Fights for what is fair. We are extremely satisfied with our representation in court and the results he got for us.

He has been so kind to take my brothers case. He is awesome at keeping my mom up to date on everything and is very personable. I can’t tell ya how much pressure he has taken off our family. Thank you Matthew!!!

John is great. He has always been super fast at returning calls and answering questions. I've been a client for over ten years now and love John for his hard work, knowledge and dedication to his clients.

I had a very high conflict divorce and I did not find him aggressive, understanding or key into what was needed most for me or my CHILDREN! He was consistent but I most definitely did not feel like he had my best interest in mind or that he truly was an advocate for me nor was he a voice for me in the court room. He has no experience with an opponent who is a clinical narcissist. With the seriousness of my case and how long it has lasted and now being a single mother of four and having been diagnosed with complex post Trumatic stress. If you can relate to any of these. I would NOT Recommend him as your lawyer. The one thing I can say about him that I found helpful was that he was quick to reply to emails. But the whole purpose for an attorney is for them to be your voice in the court room. I don’t recommend him as your lawyer. The whole purpose for an attorney is to be your voice in the court room and with mediation to be a real advocate. Especially for what is paid to him, he was definitely not that voice for me.

John is a very helpful and considerate individual. You may think, should I go somewhere else? No, no you should not. Thanks John!

After searching and meeting with a few different attorneys John was the only one that made me feel welcome and comfortable for me to allow someone to help me with my divorce. My divorce was not easy to deal with specifically with a very obsessive, offensive and very unreasonable ex partner. John not only help me with my separation but also helped me stay calm and focus on what matters the most.. After all this in the end I got everything I was asking for and more! But more importantly I now have split custody of my kids. If you're looking for someone that understands family, friends and someone that cares and wants to help you deal with your divorce John Larsen is definitely the man for the Job! I have recommended John to my friends and he is currently helping them with their problems. I have no doubt he's the best man for the Job. Thank you John for all you have done for my family.

After a stressful start to a divorce, I called John and knew immediately he could help me in my case. He was very down to earth, but gave me the in's and out's of what was needed and expected of me at that time. He does not make promises he cannot keep, is very willing to enable you to feel positive about the ongoing procedures - all from the separation, to mediation and court. (Thankfully it was all resolved before the court date.) He is very fair when it comes to billing and pricing with his time. I would reccomend his capable abilities to anyone.
