After my car accident I was really unsure of what to do, I had never been in that kind of situation before. My partner encouraged me to call a personal injury lawyer and the "one call that's all" jingle is always stuck in my head, so I gave them a call. I sincerely wish I could remember the name of the woman who answered my call because she was AMAZING! she explained everything in so much detail about the process and what to look out for, and even how to fill out the paperwork. The gentleman who came by to look at my photos and go over paperwork with me was stellar as well, again I wish I could remember his name. Once Lauren took over my case and I began working with her and my case manager Saoirse everything felt super easy and very well taken care of. Saoirse has answered so many of my questions and is happy to go over things with me, she responds to my messages in a very timely manner and has kept me updated all along the way. She's so kind and makes sure I can understand all the legal jargon. I cannot say enough good things about her to family and friends who check in on me and how this whole thing is going. What was a horrible accident that had me attending various medical appointments for about 13 weeks has been handled beautifully by this team and is becoming the silver lining to the fall out that I've experienced. I have a lot of faith in this team. Hopefully I won't have to, but if I ever need help like this again there's no one else I would consider.
