Have you ever wondered if the commercial that you see on TV is true? Or if insurance companies are really that difficult to work with on your own after an accident? Well I can tell you Craig Swapp & Associates does exactly what their commercials say!! If I didn’t have them on my side, I would still be trying to work with the insurance company to get things done. Still being taken advantage of by the insurance company. I would have been totally helpless. Craig Swapp & Associates treated me like a person and not just a number or another case. I Received a quick response to any communications I sent. They we’re kind and courteous, even when I had last-minute delays like from having to pick up kids early from school, ect… I highly recommend Craig Swapp & Associates to anyone who has been in an accident, That is not their fault, that wants to be treated right and that doesn’t want to be taken advantage of by insurance companies.

Aaron and his staff were excellent. Worked on a Sunday to get my garnishment stopped by my payday the following day. Super impressed. They accomplished in 3 days what my previous attorney couldn’t accomplish in three months. They are excellent!
