I had an especially complicated situation and wasn't even able to be in Utah as it was going on. Will Nebeker was not only patient and knowledgeable but also went out of his way to get answers and communicate with me. I felt like I was getting great legal advice from a truly caring person. Hired John Easton as my attorney and he’s a no nonsense kind of guy. He knows what he’s saying and how it’s gonna go based on your story and his experience. He always tells you what’s going on and what to expect. He reduced my DUI into impairment. Not gonna say how much over I was because each case varies but he got me a great deal and I’ll hire him again if I ever get into legal trouble again. ( hopefully never ).

I highly recommend John Allan as your attorney! I retained him on my own personal case and for my husband 5 yrs later. He is supportive, informative and very knowledgeable! He was able to plea down my husbands case and 2 yrs later assisted in him filing a 402 motion to reduce his felony so he Is no longer considered a felon by law.
