So I was arrested on my third DUI in ten years and was in the Utah County Jail looking at a Felony DUI and prison time. Richard Gale is an AMAZING and SMART attorney. He represented our son in a difficult jury trial involving serious charges, and achieved a victory! My brother faced some really tough charges based on false accusations from an ex girlfriend (rape and aggravated kidnapping). He started with a public defender, but the defender told him his case was hopeless and he should plead guilty. My brother then hired a private attorney who told him he should accept a bad plea deal.
