In reviewing a lot of attorneys to work on a 20+ year old case for me I decided upon working with Heideman & Associates. Pairing up and working with both Justin Heideman and Justin Elswick has been such a relief. They are both willing to talk face-to-face or over the phone whenever there were questions or to obtain a status update on the case.  It was great to review my case with them and to listen to both Justin’s brainstorm on various approaches to finally resolve this difficult case. They quickly dug into the case and came up with several approaches. In working with the other party, Justin and Justin knew which approach would be best and were aggressive to quickly push for a resolution which was just incredible. Great work and would highly recommend them!

When I first met with Justin, I was full of anxiety over my case. He and his team helped calm my fears and gave me the courage needed to move forward with my case. Justin is easy to talk to and really cared about my case resulting in a way that was comfortable for me. Justin represented my case really well. He did his homework and presented the facts accurately. For the circumstance I was in, Justin made the experience go as smoothly as possible. He represented and went to bat for me as if I was family.

Elswick negotiated a settlement between our company and an agent buy out. He was thorough and yet had common sense. He was strong with the other legal firm and helped us settle for below what we expected. I would recommend him to friends.

Justin has been providing legal services for me and my companies for years. He has always taken the time to attend to our needs and he never disappoints with his ability to understand and address those needs. I would highly recommend Justin as a corporate attorney, unless of course, it takes away from his ability to address our issues....
