Jason truly understands more than most attorneys I have ever known. He understands and cares more deeply about the family and does not see people as dollar signs. He did not want to make any process longer or more difficult, not only for myself but also for my daughter. He truly made me feel that not only was he there to support me through mediation, he was also there as a supporting friend in a difficult situation, that had been going on for several years. He was very quick to answer all my questions/concerns and to hear my thoughts about everything. He made sure that nothing was put into the decree (or left out of the decree) that could potentially be twisted, as my ex has always tried to keep what he had felt was "more power" over me. SO many of us are so quick to just be heard, we often forget to hear the other person. I have found many attorneys to be very quick at wanting you to hear what they think would be best, however, working with Jason White and his amazing wife Randalee (and his other very proactive associates) they ALWAYS made me feel like family, they were quick to return any calls with new information and keeping me informed. I was finally heard and finally received the recognition of being a strong, hard working single mother, who only wanted to see the best for my daughter. Through Jason, He helped me modify custody after raising her solely for the past three and a half years. He also was quick to get things rolling and I still cant believe its over! Best of all I have no more strings attached or hanging over my head from my ex. I am more than grateful for Jason White and His amazing hands-on associates. I should of come to him years ago! (:

Jason and his staff, including his wife, are absolutely AMAZING!!! They are great to work with, very intelligent, knowledgeable, compassionate, honest, sincere, and they take the time to listen to and answer all questions. I was very impressed from the first time I went for a consultation. I have used four or five other lawyers in Utah county during several years of custody stuff, child support, alimony...normal divorce issues. Nothing ever got resolved or finalized until I finally had Jason as my attorney. Not only did he get me what was fair and right, and the job done quickly, he helped me understand my rights and he is very good at seeing a realistic out come before he even gets started. I wanted a lawyer who was determined, experienced, intimidating and also very honest. I finally found that with Jason after four or five other attorneys failing to get the job done correctly and quickly!!! He also cost less than any of my other attorneys who strung me along for months which turned into years. Jason worked with my financial situation and was there to help me 200%. I have total faith and trust in Jason's skills and abilities as far as being an EXCELLENT attorney. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone, while not recommending the other attorneys I have used over the years in Utah county. It started with his underlings and went all the way up to him. All of them lied over and over about what I wouldn’t be liable for in my divorce and how bad they would fight for me. They didn’t fight for anything. It almost like they were sharing lies with my ex. I should’ve fired him.

Jason and his staff were GREAT to work with! They took the headache out of my divorce case. Very professional. He was ready to go to bat for me at any time while also being a voice of reason. They handled everything and didn't nickel and dime me like crazy when I received my invoices. I could see where every dollar went and that it was being used responsibly.
