Abbott & Assoc has helped me with several cases. Always very professional, knowledgeable, and timely. They are not your standard "settle first ask questions later" type of firm. I have not had any billing complaints with them (I have with other companies). They are the best firm that I have worked with! I initially found them because I was looking for a personal injury firm that was willing to represent me on an hourly basis, not contingency. They were the ONLY company willing to do this. From there I have worked with them for various needs, and they have always been very ethical. When I read a review talking about someone "fleeing the country" I wonder if they were an illegal who got busted for DUI or something.. Not a very reliable review...

Abbott told my brother-in-law to simply leave the country when he had a legal case come up, which then made him a fugitive to the law. Don't be too swift to listen to him. Then he said he would not testify that he gave that bad advice because he knows he said the wrong thing. Another friend of mine who worked in the courts in Salt Lake said paperwork filed by Abbott is always filed incorrectly. Surprise, surprise.
