Not good at all. maybe ok for simple cases, but cannot handle any complex type cases. avoid at all costs unless your case is super simple. weak, and highly social with other attorneys, plays for the other side often, lazy, not sophisticated.

Grant is lazy and absolutely horrible lawyer! I wasted so much time and money on him and he was not looking out for the best interest of my child or me (his client) throughout the whole case.

Wouldn't help at all

Had a couple of consultations with Yaiko and she is amazing. Gave me such great advice. Moody Brown Law office is very professional and handles things the way one would imagine a competent law firm to be.

This review is a tough one for me. There’s good. A lot of good to talk about. But there are some issues too. The goal is to help you make a decision. My attorney was Josh Faulkner. I think he did very well on my case. I think he was very busy, too busy, on so much that I didn’t get as much attention as I wanted. But his billing was more than fair. He really cared. He was extremely knowledgeable and had a plan. I liked him. I thought he defended me well. But then he got COVID. One has to be understanding and compassionate about that. What can you do? It’s a pandemic. The firm is scrambling to cover his cases and my case is bigger and complicated and they gave me to a junior guy who couldn’t do it. My case needs more attention, so when I asked for that, I got the boot. I get that they’re doing the best they can. I get that they’re under water and dealing with the unexpected. They gave me recommendations that were also too busy. I’m still searching. But now I’ve missed court deadlines and still need to find another law firm. Their accounting firm made mistakes that impacted me negatively. Is Molly managing things well? I didn’t feel like she was. They’re trying and maybe it’s working for others but didn’t work for me. I thought Josh was amazing for me. I didn’t sign up to be with the firm but him. And when he wasn’t there for me the firm let me down. The unexpected happened and they weren’t able to adapt to help me.

An absolutely brilliant attorney who is naturally talented at negotiations, stratagem, client needs, and understanding of the laws and statutes. She has a reputation of being "the best attorney in Utah County...and beyond" and I can assure that is a true statement!
