I cannot express enough gratitude for the help Mark and his staff gave me throughout this difficult process. I could not have asked for a quicker or better outcome. Mark and his staff were kind, courteous, understanding, responsive and made sure I had the help I needed to recover from my injuries. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable, open, and honest about the personal injury and litigation process. I have already started referring people to him and would not hesitate to use him again in the future. Mark genuinely cares for his clients and that is probably his very best asset.

I am glad that I went to Mark and his team. My case was very unique in a rear end accidt and I didn't think that without any police reports or witnesses I would not win but after two years of battling with the other person insurance we won and got a great settlement that relieved a lot of medical expenses that I accrued from the açcident. Will go to him the next time I have another injury case.

I've been working with Brett Boulton for a while now and I will say I had the best experience! The case did take a little longer than we expected but I, by far, still got more than I thought I was going to receive. Brent truly cares about his clients!

My wife was in a car accident that eventually required spinal surgery. We've never secured the services of an attorney for past accidents, instead settling with insurance companies on their terms. We'll never do that again. Brett Boulton made sure that my wife got the treatment she needed over the months following the accident. If we hadn't worked with Brett, we would have settled for an amount that wouldn't even cover half of the expenses the accident caused. Brett took great care of us. We will definitely be in contact if any legal matters come up in the future.

My work with Boulton was not only quick and efficient, but quite pleasant! I was very frazzled and shocked after my car was hit and totaled on the freeway, and it was invaluable to have someone coach me through what I needed to do to get the care I needed for my injuries. Interactions were very forthcoming and straightforward, they even took down their pay (1/3) to match what I would get after the whole settlement was over, which made me feel valued and well taken care of as their client. 10/10 would come to Boulton again for any injury legal needs I (hopefully never) have again!

This has been the WORST experience of my life @ trying to hire an attorney for an at work accident. I call this attorneys for a review on my case, and the company put me with Bruce M. Franson. He review my case at his office and explain me some of the steps to follow to have him representing me. But suddenly 2 weeks after we spoke he , stop accepting my calls and he didn't respond to my messages . At that point i didn't know what else to do, but i realize that he didn't want to take my case. The bad thing here is, that HE SHOW NO RESPECT for my time or me , by just evicting me and making me waste my time after putting my hope on him . And the least thing he could do for consideration after me chossing him for a possible legal representant would be to talk straight and like any other normal person just decline the offer and that's it. Instead of that , he make me waste a lot of my precious time and show no respect for me as a possible client and giving to the attorneys company that he represent a really bad reputation. I just wished that Mr. Bruce M. Franson , would it have the " Balls ", to talk to me stright like a real man , and if didn't feel capable enough to representing me , just say it, and that's it , so i can keep looking for an attorney, to solve my situation. So if you all out there are planning to hire an attorney, don't go with Mr. Bruce. M. Franson, from The Flickinger Sutterfield & Boulton Law Firm, or you will probably end up , having a dissapointing outcome like mine. And for the rest of the attorneys in this prestigious firm i can't talk about them cause i don't know how they work, or if they ignore their possible clients or not, and that's why i'm just talking about my really bad experience with Mr. Bruce M. Franson and no one else.
