It has been a long, painful road to recovery since my accident & I wouldn't have made it this far without Brett & his team. From setting me up with medical professionals who would work on lien to fighting with the insurance companies to made sure I was made as whole as possible, they handled everything with compassion & determination. They were incredibly communicative & very responsive to all my questions. I'm so grateful for Brett & everyone at the firm!

After a Tbone type accident that totaled my truck and left me with a severe neck injury that required surgery, I was referred to Mark Flickenger by a friend. By far one of the best phone calls I ever made. Even though I was dealing with a very reluctant insurance company, he was able to get me the surgery that I needed and fully compansate me for all my damages. Most important to me was his availability to answer questions and take calls when I had them, even returning after hour calls from his home when I wasn't expecting it.
