I have worked with Dennis for almost 4 years. He first represented me in a custody battle in which we had several opponents, the mother, Utah DCFS and the guardian ad litem. He prevailed and I have been happily reunited with my daughter. She had been absent from my life from age 1 through age 13. Dennis recently helped resolve a 12 year old protective order out of Utah that I had been led to believe was still in effect. Dennis is also working with me to help resolve an issue with Utah ORS. His fee was extremely reasonable as compared to other lawyers and law firms in Utah. I highly recommend Dennis Pawelek and his partner. Dennis did a fantastic job! I was impressed on how professional he held him self while being understanding on what was going on. He took on two cases for me and handled one that was tuff in the beginning and took care of it quickly, I didn’t have even have to show up to court! The other cases went smoothly as well. I would hire him again, God forbid I ever have problems with what I went threw again I would definitely hire once more to help me! And I would definitely recommend him to anyone having serous legal issues or minor! He can definitely do it all!

Richard is very good, he's definitely not your average lawyer, and it shows working with him, he took care of all my charges, got them reduced and has made this whole stressful situation very relieving I highly recommend him.

Dennis was very responsive even when on vacation in Thailand. I received a DUI and had 10 days to respond to dmv. We were on day 10 when i realized and contacted him at 9pm. He submitted needed paperwork before deadline (on vacation). He represented me very well and we got the best that anyone could have hoped for. Hes kind,knowledgable and will work for YOU!! Highly recommend 1,000 times over!! You want a good attorney, seriously, he listens and will do everything he can for you in your circumstance.

These are some excellent defense attorneys. I was in quite a mess with 3 different criminal cases involving domestic violence charges.
