I can not say enough good about this man… He kept me out of jail/prison on a 3ed degree felony DUI case. He gets results…. Highly recommended!!!

Dennis is simply amazing and he kept me out of jail. He got me a good deal with the prosecutor who is very hard to work with. I was falsely charged charged due to my ex girl friends lies with domestic violence. He was able to delay my case to get my treatment done. Now that its over all I had to do was pay a reduced fine and be good for 18 months. This man kept me a free man! 5 star review. He is kind and compassionate.

I have NEVER been in trouble with the law I got rail roaded by Sheriffs. I had an Attorney I thought i had working for me but as the days got closer I hadnt her from him so he bailed on me!! I told one some of sons what had happened he jumped right on the phone to a friend that has been in lots of trouble. So he called him and asked who his layer was thats helped him out with lots of stuff. It was Dennis Pawelek. So then I started talking to him Sunday night he was talking to me as he was coming home from his Holiday vacation!!!! I had court the next day he told me to get a continuance that morning so we could go over ever thing. So i did. We talked and he started to jump right on it. He did amazing in court and helped me be less stressed out and at ease, also I was scared to death!! He was amazing I would definitely send or recommend any one who needed it to him for sure!!!!!

Dennis was extremely effective in negotiating the best outcome in a difficult set of circumstances. Dennis was quick to reply to my questions and demonstrated confidence and competence in dealing with the courts and the prosecutor. Dennis was fair and patient with the payment of his fee and exceeded our expectations.

Dennis failed to fight for me in my case. Showed up late every court date, and basically rolled over for the PA. During consultations with him, advised me the evidence would land me a not guilty verdict, as it was self defense in my own home, than adviced me to talk a plea deal. Charged me $3000 for 45 minutes of his time. The police never even took my statement. I would never ever hire him again as my defending attorney again.

I was arrested on a DUI charge with multiple in charges as well and was being charged with my 3rd DUI in the state of Utah. I was also facing a felony DUI, prison time, and then Adult Probation and massive fines. When I hired Dennis as my criminal defense attorney he told me that I had made the best decision, and boy was he right. Dennis got all of my other charges dismissed, he got my DUI down to a misdemeanor, no Adult Probation (only court probation) and he was flexible with me on my payments.
