I've worked with several lawyers,. I've done everything from design their marketing plans, consult with them on contracts, to retain their services after my car was totaled by another driver on two separate occasions. I can say without a doubt that Fillmore Spencer is the finest firm I've ever worked with. They explained what was happening step by step. Always took the time to answer any questions, and constantly went out of their way to keep us informed. At the time we retained the services of Randy he was already scheduled to go to Japan and teach English to aspiring Japanese corporate lawyers. I was a little nervous about this at first, but those fears disappeared quickly as Randy would accommodate very odd hours to make sure everything was moving forward, and that we were taken care of. I've read a few of the negative posts and frankly they look like competitors trying to hurt a great law firm, or they are people who lost cases to Randy and his group and are seeking petty revenge, not backing up a single statement they use with examples. Again I've personally seen Randy work very odd hours to accommodate me, as well as offer additional advice that lawyers I had worked with in the past had never mentioned. Simply put he is the best lawyer I've ever met, and I've met more then my fair share. Lastly I would simply like to thank Randy and his team for being so amazing.

My daughter and son in law knew Randy Spencer as a neighbor and suggested I get his help after being rear ended by and unlicensed driver. The truck I was a passenger in was very large, and it didn't seem like I could have been hurt that much because the damage to our truck was minimal, but the car that hit us was demolished. I was whiplashed, and my husband said I looked like a wet noodle. I kept thinking the pain would go away, but it didn't. Now 2 years later I am still in terrific pain and had to quit my job. Randy Spencer and another attorney, Kara North and Brianna their assistant have helped me through this ordeal, even being compassionate when I was crying over my lifestyle change. I had to quit my full time job, and now we are getting close to settling the case. When I met Randy and we settled for my husband's injuries, and we talked about mine, I thought he was harsh. I realized later he was just being honest with me about what it would be like if we went to court. Because he took the time to explain the types of questions that would be posed to me in court, I took the time to get all the right documentation I could get from doctors, and really tried hard to get better. He is even trying to help me get back reimbursement for lost wages, which went on for over one year. And Kara North helped me get social security disability because of the accident. When you are in pain you can't advocate like you should for yourself. I needed their help and caring and thoroughness. I am grateful to each person who helped, and especially to Kara and Brianna who made me feel listened to and valued. They really do care and they are not just doing this to get done. They are doing it to do the right thing and I know it will make a difference in my life. We are now in the process of going for the underinsured motorist part of my insurance.

She was always available when I had questions, very well organized and detail oriented. I tried a few different lawyers for my case but none compared to Geidy, I highly recommend her. She won't disappoint.

Settled a claim I hard with an insurance company for a car wreck

Geidy is an excellent attorney in this field from our experience. Our case isn't done yet but so far she has gone far beyond what anyone else was willing to do! Fillmore and Spencer is a very fare and reliably for me it has been a long stretch for my case but he worked really hard on what I deserved. I tried a few different lawyers for my immigration case but none of them compared to Geidy. She listened and was always available when i needed her. you don't have to leave 10 different voicemail's or talk to different people to reach her. She is a very understanding person and is willing to do whatever it takes to give you the best service.

The first time I have ever needed to hire an attorney and I couldn't be any happier. I was so paranoid but she helped me and allowed me to feel stress free. I lived 2 states away and she managed to keep in contact. She kept me updated at all times and helped me recieve the best sentencing for my situation.
