Our family was placed in turmoil when a close relative was charged with a very serious crime. Our first attorney told him to “just plead guilty” but we knew that wasn’t right and he couldn’t do that. His team uncovered evidence the police hadn’t bothered to look for—evidence that completely exonerated my relative. It was a long process but Rob worked hard and, ultimately, the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the case. Our family cannot express how grateful we are to have worked with Rob in this dreadful case, as he was extremely helpful, responsive, and straightforward throughout the process. Our family can now go on knowing that the charges have been dropped. Mr. Avery is a very bright and willing attorney. He was referred to us by a friend that teaches at BYU at the Law School. He was easy to talk to and very personalble in his approach.
