Tim has been amazing and has made this difficult custody battle easier to deal with. He is extremely knowledgeable and he and his team make sure we understand everything that is happening throughout this process.

Working with Tim was amazing! I was terrified about the entire divorce process...he immediately helped me relax and told me about the entire process, options and went over everything that was pertinent at my first appointment. He was able to make me feel comfortable that he was going to handle things and took a massive part of the fear I had away. Communicating with him and the staff at his office was fantastic....No problems ever getting a hold of someone and he always answered every question I had extremely quickly. He was able to make the terrible process of divorcing a lot less painful than I thought it would be. He was also able to come up with solutions and compromises that I don't think anyone else would have thought of. He was absolutely great to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone for anything. I cannot even begin to express my appreciation for how well everything went because of him. No court battles or months of endless fighting...He made the process quick, fair and actually friendly during the mediation aspect. I hated actually having to go through the divorce itself, but he made it incredibly less stressful than I ever imagined, plus he's just an awesome person! :)

I was referred to Tim Brown through family. He has a strong name and background. He is on top of everything and very experienced. I was very nervous trusting a lawyer with child custody when I knew it was so critical to my children's success. He painted a realalistic view and it made me work hard to provide everything he needed. He was very great at working with my spouses lawyer, the mediator and the judge. He helped me organize a very strong case that ended up leading to a fair and quick settlement in custody so we didn't have to put our kids through the ringer. Tim exceeded my expectations in every way. He worked late hours when needed. He knew how to handle everything. I will tell anyone in my same shoes to use his expertise. I will also use him down the road for any other legal matters related to divorce and child custody. Also for those of you worried about the expenses he was able to do much more work in a shorter amount of time so it was much less expensive than I ever thought it would be. Divorce is probably the hardest thing I have ever been through, but knowing that I had an attorney that I could trust and depend on made all the difference. When I initially met with Tim, he was confident in his ability and was very clear in communicating what he would be able to do for me. He understood my needs as well as my concerns and I could tell that he genuinely wanted to help me. Throughout the entire process, he was readily available to answer my questions and address my concerns. He always responded quickly and made me feel as if I was his only client and his top priority, even though I knew he was busy with other cases. He was upfront, honest, and I never felt like he was wasting my time just to make more money. His efficiency was incredible - I think I had one of the quickest divorces in all history (6 days!) and he was a support each step of the way. He quickly filed my stipulations, and then the 90 day waiver, and then the final decree with speediness and efficiency. I knew I had someone on my team to help me work through all the difficulties that a divorce can bring. Tim won my custody case for me, thats all there is to it! Tim and Moody Brown Law is widly known as being the best family firm in the county, if not state, and did everthing needed to get the case won. A father winning sole custody in Utah County is not an easy thing, it took A LOT of patience and work, but we did it!!! My daughter is so happy now!!! She has that little twinkle back in her eye. Moody Brown Law office had been recommended to me by many friends. I have had the opportunity of working with Tim Brown since June of 2011. He has always been very accessible. If out of the office, responding by email in a timely manner. Even with the finalization of the divorce and months later my questions or concerns are always addressed. Tim Brown has been the worst lawyer I have ever worked with. His overall lack of communication, understanding and professionalism has been an intense disappointment. I would not suggest anyone hire him for representation on any matter. I believe that he has great potential however, it was not exhibited in my case. He did not attend two of my court dates. Luckily, I was at both hearings and was able to represent myself to the Judge. He also waited for months to file the first document, even though he had received funds in the full amount requested. We also had issues in communication within his office help, the fault was always another's fault for an OVERALL lack of communication. In my opinion it seems that not only him, but his employees are ignorant, and are lacking in professionalism and communication.
