After my car accident we decided to hire Jacob Gunter to help us deal with the other drivers insurance company. Jacob and his staff are amazing. Jacob is not an "ambulance chaser" he understood that all we wanted was to have my medical bills and vehicle taken care of. He kept in constant contact with us. Jacob was extremely helpful. Everything was settled and paid sooner than anticipated. We highly reccomend Jacob.

Jacob quickly and efficiently worked with the court to get one of my charges dismissed and the other entered into a Plea of Abeyance in which it will be dismissed following a year probation. He and his staff are very well connected and knowledgeable about local courts. Highly recommended.

I got traffic citation (15mph over the speed limit) in UT on my way back from SLC to NYC . Being an out of state driver and not wanting points on my driving record, I decided to consult an attorney. I found Jacob on internet and gave him a call to discuss my situation. He walked me through the process and what he would do for me saying that he was 90% certain that he would get a desired outcome. I decided to take a chance with him. He and his assistant Julie were very expedient with the paperwork, and above all he got the desired outcome. The court accepted the Plea in Abeyance was accepted by the court and the charger was reduced to 10 mph over, which reduced the fine by $40. Above all, the charges will be dismissed after the period of six months provided that I do not make any traffic violations in that period. This is exactly what I wanted, and Jacob delivered it. Excellent job!

Jacob Gunter, What can I say except that he is excellent, patient, and an honest man. I hired him about 6 months ago to represent me and I could not be happier with the service and quality I received. The thing that earns him the most respect is he is down-to-earth and holds realistic expectations. Jake is a great lawyer! He answered every question I had in a timely manner. He is very personable and friendly. I had a previous lawyer handling my claim and when the at fault insurance company denied it the lawyer dismissed my case. I then found Jake who not only assured me that he would win my case but he did! As soon as I went to arbitration the insurance company flip flopped and offered a settlement. The staff at his firm are equally wonderful, very efficient, timely and knowledgeable.
