I chose Proven Law after I had met prior with another firm regarding estate business and did not feel it was a good fit. I went to Proven Law because I was pleased there was a female lawyer in the group! (women in law are under represented!) I met with Linsay Bayles and immediately felt a connection and an ease with which I could discuss the important matter of wills and an estate setup. Her presentation was clear and easy to understand. She is also perceptive and picks up easily on a persons thought process. To me this is very important in making a plan come together nicely. After such a good consultation, my husband was brought up to speed and we went ahead with hiring Proven Law and Lindsay. We met with Lindsay's excellent clerk, Carmen, yesterday and completed the process along with Lindsay. They walked us through everything for the final documents. We are not only relieved to have finally taken care of a long overdue matter of estates and wills, but that we felt confident in the way that our business was handled. The cost of this process was very reasonable (half of the fee that the other firm wanted) and the fee menu is presented during first consultation so there are no "hidden" costs. I would highly recommend Proven Law to anyone as the business of setting up trust business is so very important and many times hard to understand. Lindsay made it clear that we may call anytime should we have any questions. She is a pro!

Lindsay Bayles made the process of setting up a trust painless. I had longed delayed doing this as I thought it would be so time consuming gathering papers and information. The process was easy to understand and Lindsay and others at the firm are always available to answer questions. I would highly recommend them!
