Incredible group of professionals!

Matt Hafen prepared a trust for my husband and I. He was very prompt in preparing the documents and then he sat down with us and carefully explained the trust so that we understood all of the aspects of it and helped us choose the best options for our situation. We were very impressed with his knowledge and efficiency. He is a man of integrity and he has an excellent work ethic, as well as being very knowledgable in the area of estate planning. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great lawyer.

Durham Jones & Pinegar is a law firm of great integrity and, over a thirty year period, has performed our family’s legal work in a very competent manner. We have used Durham Jones & Pinegar’s legal assistance in business contracts, formation of LLC's, and estate planning. Terry Wade has overseen our business legal activities and made sure that the attorneys with the right technical background have assisted where appropriate. Matt Hafen has done considerable legal work for our Foremaster Family over the past three or four years. We have found Matt to be a very capable attorney who is both thorough and responsive in his work. He is by nature a considerate person who listens well and patiently replies to one's concerns. I used to work for Durham Jones & Pinegar in St. George, and the attorneys who work there are tremendously skilled, reasonable, and sensitive to the needs of clients. The office still has a small-town feel, but it is tied into a much larger firm that provides great resources and depth.
