I am actually not a client, but I was very surprised by the reception and friendliness of Mr. Frazier. Not only did he take time from being with his family to answer my questions, he personally called me to listen to my situation, and give me advice as to how I should proceed. Not only that, he called me back the next day to go over an update, and check to see how things were going. I was very impressed by this and taken it back, as most of the time, most places will not give you a second thought if you are simply asking questions. I would definitely recommend them to any and all for their responsiveness, and caring to average Joes like myself. Thank you.
