Do NOT give this nit "witt" any of your money! Took us for $2000 and then wouldn't go to the hearing with us unless we paid an additional $1,500 even though the $2000 retainer was supposed to cover us for the hearing! Also, never disclosed in the original meeting that the fee that we had agreed on didn't include paying his employees! Has no clue how to handle a Civil Stalking Injunction and DOES NOT CARE ABOUT the people he is hired by. If you want to waste your time, end up with nothing in the end, then this is the place to go! If you actually want to get something for your money and not be scammed, then go somewhere else! Absolute SCAM!

Best lawyer ever defense attorney I was going to do some serious time or something that I should know got myself involved in and my lawyer know that I wasn't very competent or understood what I was really doing so he gave the best defense ever and I did not have to do no jail time or prison time thank you so much Marshall Witt you're worth every penny

Marshall and his office were very good to work with and easy to talk to and was understanding of my situation.
