My husband and I first worked with Ben Conner years ago. Before we met Ben, the idea of developing a Trust, Wills and other legal documents was overwhelming. Ben explained how he works through the process of preparing the right documents for his clients and why each document adds the protections his clients need. He put our minds at ease as he answered every question thoroughly and patiently, in language and with examples, that someone without a law degree could understand. Ben listened to our needs and concerns, then discussed our options. Ben used his many years of experience practicing estate law, to include protections we had not known about. He made sure we were educated on and understood estate law as it would impact us, so we could make well informed decisions. As with our Trust, Ben guided us through decisions for our Living Wills and Medical Powers of Attorney documents. Making end-of-life decisions for our documents was uncomfortable, difficult, and daunting and Ben made sure we understood and were comfortable with each decision. This past year, my husband unexpectedly became terminally ill. I learned how important and complete each document Ben had prepared was. My husband’s Medical Power of Attorney and Living Will provided his final wishes, directives and care decisions. The head of the hospital’s Pallative and Hospice Care Department commented that these documents were the best written and most complete she had ever seen. Knowing my husband’s wishes, allowed me to get through the most difficult day of my life. Because we had followed Ben’s recommendation to title our assets into the Trust, I was saved an incredible amount of time, frustration and money after my husband passed. When we worked with Ben many years ago to write our documents, I never could have imagined how important they were going to be. I am now updating my Trust and other documents with Ben. As before, his knowledge of estate law is comprehensive and his approach, leadership, compassion and caring make me confident my updated documents will again be exceptional legal work. I chose Ben to update my own documents due to my trust in his ability, the respect I have for his work and my personal experience of needing the full scope of Ben’s excellent documents. I would highly recommend Ben Connor to everyone. In fact, I recommended Ben to my sister who is currently working with him on her Trust and important documents.

Ben created a living trust for my partner and I. Prior to Ben, the thought of creating a trust intimidated me. I was over whelmed with just the thought of the process and put it off for years. I have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Connor during the updating of my mothers' trust estate. It was a privilege and unique learning experience. My wife and I use Ben for our family estate planning. We leave his office and actually understand our plan. When we forget something, or have a question, we either call or meet with him. And Bingo! We understand it again. Both my wife and I feel very comfortable working with Ben. Sharing personal and family details is not always easy. He really stays on top of things. And no, we are not related to Ben.

Ben E. Connor has been our Trust Lawyer for years. A real professional, Ben has updated our Legal Estate Trust several times in order to keep abreast of ongoing changes in Estate Law. Personable and congenial, Ben has a real talent in being able to convey the many facets of the new laws, and making them understandable to his clients. He created a Living Trust and Will for my Mother in Law. Upon her passing, these documents passed the legal tests in all matters, and were highly praised by our Estate Lawyer as making his job much easier. I will happily refer Ben E. Ben created an excellent Living Trust for Tug and I. He explained our options from A to Z so that we could actually decide for ourselves what we wanted done. He answered all our questions, was kind, patient, and took all the time we needed to ensure we had a firm grasp regarding Living Trust and all the other documents we needed. Our CPA firm said it was the best Living Trust they had ever seen! I would recommend Ben highly to anyone!
