Scott Brown answered my phone calls, or returned my calls promptly. He was understanding and gave me answers to all questions and good legal advice. He did not charge me for the phone consultations, and referred us to an attorney who would be able to help us with our unique situation. He calmed my anxieties and steered me in the right direction. I give 5 stars for my experience!

This is the first time we have used a personal injury lawyer. We were nervous to navigate our accident claim alone so we made the call. Our accident happened while on vacation in another state. It wasn't our fault so we thought we could take care of things ourselves. Boy am I glad we didn't! Scott Brown protected us from the headache of dealing with an out of state insurance agency and made sure we were informed every step of the way. Although the accident wasn't something I'd want to happen to anyone else, meeting and working with Mr. Brown was easy and worthwhile.
