I have been working with Scott on a case for myself and my daughter. Let me tell you, any worry that I had about her injury, was eased immediately. It has been very easy communicating with Scott, emails work best for me and he is very responsive. Seriously if you need a lawyer these guys are a sure bet.

Due to an accident in a store caused by an electric cart ridden by another person- I was sent to the hospital by ambulance and had some hefty medical bills. I had only been in the area a month after a major move when I ended up in a car accident with a drunk driver. Being my first major accident, I decided that having a lawyer was in order. Also a first for me. I had a good feeling about these guys and it proved correct. Brian Coutts met me in a local office, didn’t drown me in legal jargon, and was straightforward regarding his thoughts on the potential case. No over assessment promising me more than should be expected. And, he gave some good advice on the next steps I needed to take. He worked hard and even though it dragged out for over a year, stayed in touch and kept things moving as he could. I was always able to ask questions and he tried to be accommodating to my situation.
