I would call into question the ability to have adequate representation I would caution anyone wanting the proper fair equal representation promised or the bare minimum of what is legally expected. It was not my choice to use this firm nor Ms. Ashton, but as a beneficiary she was far less than responsive when she is dictated that she must represent my interests, in fact she was quite derogatory when having to deal with me. Your response is vacant, your firm drug their feet, did NOT protect ANYONE, I was insulted by her, and your lack of action!!!!!

I spent a long time fighting the SLC VA for compensation. Joel got me the compensation I deserved in less than half the time I'd put into it myself. He was very professional and also very personable and encouraging. I would definitely recommend him as a legal representative to anyone who is struggling. 10/10.
