Joel did an amazing job handling my case with the VA. He was able to win my case on appeal and accomplish the goal we aimed to achieve during our first visit.

I would recommend Ban Law Office to anyone looking for help with navigating the VA process. I found it to be much easier to be able to rely on a professional to handle the paperwork. From the day I called Joel, I didn't really have to lift a finger. He handled everything, and he always addressed my questions promptly.

He is a legal eagle in my book when it came down to helping me as a veteran with my service related injuries since 2012 and then with my Social Security Disability 2019. Everything was time consuming, so many appointments and paperwork to be filled. I hired attorney Joel after being denied several times for my disability claim with the VA. Even though it took several months to be resolved, my disability was increased from 10% to 80% because of Joel and his teams hard work. Highly recommend his law firm to represent you for any VA claims.

When the VA denines you you make it to the federal appeal level because your LOD was never processed call a lawyer got all my claim through less work for me all for only a percent of back pay from the VA. Worth it if your getting ran around by the government paperwork, c&p, reducation of disability, or other. Got my 100% and finally getting the problems fixed.

I don't usually give 5 star reviews, but in this case I am. If it weren't for Joel and his team I fear I would still be at a zero rating with the VA and unable to work. Basically I'd be living in a van down by the river. I tried on my own several times to get a rating with the VA with no success. I turned to Joel and within just a short time I had a rating and compensation. Now the VA is taking care of me. I only wish I would have called him sooner.
