Would give less than one star, if possible. Jess and her team were not responsive to my calls/emails for weeks at a time. They made egregious errors in court filings, as well as simple grammatical and spelling errors. The invoicing did not make sense and they charged double and triple what other attorneys were charging. She filed multiple extensions for deadlines, and then lied and blamed the delays on opposing counsel. She filed the wrong type of case with the wrong name in the documents. She agreed to things that I would never have agreed to, and she did not send me copies of many important documents and filings. She made mistake after mistake, so much so that I would have thought she was working for opposing counsel. Jess had positive reviews on superlawyer, but I could never recommend her. I would say RUN to any potential clients.

A few years ago when my Father's life was taken in an accident, Wil was there to help me. Wil was very professional and yet very compassionate and aware of my feelings during this grieving period. He worked hard and was able to get us the compensation for our loss in a timely manner. I very much appreciate all that he did for me & my family and I would highly recommend his services to anyone who has been involved in an accident.

Will is a fantastic person to know. His knowledge and expertise in the field are second to none. We will be working with him in the future.

William Andrews was the best decision I made following my automobile accident. After our initial consultation, I had the confidence that he was extremely knowledgable and trustworthy, would give me the best advice, keep me well informed, have my best interest throughout the process and get a fair settlement for me. He did all of this for me and more. He was my friend and cared about making sure that I was taken care of with referrals to the best Drs. and physical therapists. He was always available to talk to if I had any questions. I would 100% recommend him to represent any friends and family members.

William exhibits the attributes for a great lawyer and individual. Above all, he exhibits integrity in his dealings. He does what he says he will do. He truly cares about people and in getting fair and reasonable resolutions. He is understanding of his field and in the position of his clients and has published a book to educate people about how they can position themselves better prior to an accident. William is the kind of professional that emphasizes personal attention to understand and address his client's specific needs. I value that level of service opposed to other, less personal options available in the counsel market. I personally have taken advice from William and he is my first choice in representing me regarding personal injury/loss.

If it wasn't for Mr. Andrews, I would have been so lost in debt, I wouldn't know which way is up! Thank you for your time, patience and so much kindness. You're guidance and assuring words got me through the hardest days of my life. It's bitter sweet to complete this journey. 10/10 would recommend and send anyone your way!
