I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Marlon Bates regarding my residential property. He returned my call promptly, was informative, thoughtful, and friendly besides. I would not hesitate to consult him again and recommend him highly.

Prompt and friendly. He called me back and spoke to me on the phone for an extended time and gave me lots of advice without charge. He was very generous with his time. We are hope to avoid our issue but if we can't avoid it we will be calling Bates back for more advice.

Darwin is an excellent attorney! From my initial and follow-up consultations, I got the sense that he is an attorney that puts his client's needs as his utmost top priority which can be hard to find these days. There are attorneys out there whose strong motivation for dollars leads them to provide advise that is not always in the client's best interest. I will definitely recommend him and will employ his services in the future if the need ever arises. Even though my questions were related to real estate for which he is an expert, he also has other areas of specialty, some of which are: creditors rights, creditor bankruptcy, construction law, business and commercial law.

Where is the +1 Star for attorneys who do so much more than what is expected from a lawfirm? Okay, another lawyer who is a friend of mine and well respected, said: "Jessica Andrew is the best in Utah." I'M FINDING THAT TO BE TRUE! I went through two other lawfirms(one of which you see on Billboards who says that it would only take one call, BUT THAT WAS NOT ALL...After 5 calls I complained and they DROPPED ME!!!) on the way to finding Jessica Andrew. Guess what? THEY GAVE UP WHERE JESSICA PREVAILED!! Yes, facing a potentially uninsured driver was the problem, and Jessica dug in and found the answer. Ethical, Moral, Hard-Working, and Much More are what I've found to be true with Attorney Jessica Andrew.
