It was nice to have somebody who understands 'how the system works' on my side

I have worked with Mitch Brooks for 10+ years (and his immediate team: Chelsea, Jackie, and Diana). In that time, my experience has been excellent. Beyond being professional, they have all been thoughtful and considerate to a fault. Mitch has provided me with invaluable legal representation and advice. He has the ability to foresee possible outcomes and the wisdom to help guide the client and case to the best outcomes. My case has been particularly atypical and complicated... without Mitch's legal guidance, I'm confident that we wouldn't have the productive and positive results that we currently enjoy. Most importantly, Mitch is one of the finest humans I know. Over the course of all these years, I have learned to trust him explicitly with any matter that I have. He has demonstrated caring and concern for me and my family more times than I can count. On multiple occasions, there have been opportunities for Mitch to take the easy, and less honorable, path. Not once has this even been a thought. Mitch has held the "high ground" through thick and thin. Unfortunately, I began my legal proceedings with another attorney and subsequently several other firms. In a profession that is known to be devious and untrustworthy, including my own previous experiences, Mitch has been nothing but the absolute best! I was Referred to Mitch Brooks by one of my very good friends, that i trusted very much he had been through a rough time years ago and Mitch was the one to get him through! Mitch Brooks is a phenomenal attorney. He is also a honest and genuinely wonderful person. He is straightforward, trustworthy and creates resolution. He is purposeful, progressive and efficient. It is hard to describe my experience but I have never felt more protected or safe. I experienced immense peace of mind and had complete confidence in his ability to advocate on my behalf and for my rights. His experience and expertise are apparent but most importantly they deliver results. I would choose Mitch Brooks to be on the frontline of any battlefield with me. I was referred to Cole Bingham from a friend of a friend. I knew as soon as we talked on the phone that I was going to hire him to represent me. I was in a car accident on I10 with tractor trailer. After obtaining the necessary information he needed, Cole took over and within eight months I heard back from him with a very fair settlement. Worse experience with a law firm…4 years I worked with Jessica…when she left was left in the middle of 2 cases it was taken over & except with the transfer letter to their new employee we heard nothing in 5 months. Dont return calls..send emails putting you off. None of them even know the case or spoken personally to us. Total nightmare unprofessional. And Jessica Andrews is a lawyer who is a cop out. Do not hire these people.

I'm extremely happy with the outcome of my case. I would recommend Cole to anyone dealing with a personal injury case.
