Edited: Read ALL of your paperwork carefully. Aaron Garrett is completely untrustworthy and snuck in that we were going to have Garrett & Garcia LLC as our registered agent. There is only one line where this was detailed in our paperwork. We requested they withdraw from us months and months ago. Just got a letter in the mail today that they were withdrawing as our registered agent with just 3 weeks to renew. This business is SHADY! They should've withdrawn when we asked them to, and we never wanted to be represented by Garrett & Garcia. We will be reporting our experience to the State Bar. We retained Non Profit Legal Services of Utah with the hope that they knew how to start a non profit and that they could help us through the process. Upon paying our deposit, the customer service went out the window. Aaron is never available. Did not contact us for scheduled calls and did not say a word when we got our approval letter. they claim it takes 2 weeks to get on his calendar for a call. His office manager, Maria, is SO incredibly rude. She talks to people like they're dogs and even lost $1000 of our payment. We reached out as dissatisfied customers in an attempt to salvage the relationship and Aaron was completely happy dumping us as clients and not at all worried about customer satisfaction. I would NVER recommend this service to anyone. They only care about your money.
