Thank you Cueva law firm for taking on our case and helping my husband obtain his green card. After almost 14 years of being here in the US, he was able to reunite with his mother & father as well as visit his home country Mexico as well as getting a green card and being able to remain in the US legally. Cueva Law firm is the best of the best out there. When we started this process, I did my research and was impressed with how knowledgeable attorney Cueva was and her confidence. After reviewing our information attorney Cueva told us “I only take on cases I know will be approved”. I appreciate how candid she was with us when we first met her and she had our confidence after our first appointment with her. I really don’t know where to start. First of all Isabel helped me with my case on becoming a US citizen, I used their services because I had record (dui, and other things). Shortly after that, we submitted adjustment of status for my wife (she had DACA) thanks to Isabel. We found out my wife had a deportation order on her record. We got a i-130 approval right away We submitted i-212 waiver We submitted a I-601A waiver (this one took like 36 months) I really want to give lots of credit to Isabel‘s team specially Susana. she has been so responsive to all of our concerns, She answers phone calls, text and emails right away. They really prepared our case looking at all the details to make sure she was approved in Juarez at her interview. I felt like they really care about their clients. My wife got approved in Juárez and she is now home waiting for her green card in the mail. There is no other law firm where I would ever go if I ever needed anything else again. Isabel and her team are the best and they made me feel like family.
