Joshua is incredibly patient and understanding. He was on top of the statute of limitations and is very knowledgeable in his skill. Trusting is not easy for me from previous legal experiences but Josh explained things to me in a way that helped me to understand what his recommendations were, and still did what I wanted him to do at the end of the day. My divorce was rather quick even though the opposing party was not cooperating. Additionally, I'm so grateful for the service Josh is providing at such an affordable rate. Josh Lucherini is a terrible person. This is a scam. They used me at my most vulnerable moment. He charged me $200 dollars for a five minute phone call. Also $200 for reading an email. Low life lawyer! Did the barest of minimum. Had to chase him down for everything. I've reported them to the bar.
