Jim is the foremost expert. If you're setting up a trust go to Jim. Not only is he up to date on all the details, he includes a personal one-on-one consultation to explain the details of how the trust functions and how to use it. I highly recommend Alder Law Group.

Jim explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. The process of setting up my trust was very easy. I am glad I went this route for setting up the trust, there are a lot of details that are not as straight forward as they seem, and it really helped to have Jim explain and suggest better courses of action.

Met not only Jim but his lovely wife, Ireland. Both professional, very pleasant to work with and I now consider them friends. Jim, while going over my NFA trust not only took the time cover the trust in the necessary details but not once, seemed rushed as I stopped him to ask questions. If I have any future legal issues arise which fall within his specialties, Jim will be the first to be called. I whole heartedly endorse Jim Alder.
