We decided to go with Isabel originally because she had great reviews. We are very happy we decided to have her help us. Her team and her were always available when we have questions or concerns. We received quick responses to any questions we had (within the hour by email). She came with us to our interview and made sure we were comfortable by speaking with us over the phone beforehand and making sure we were prepared. Every time we would receive a document from USCIS, we'd receive an email from her team with a copies of the letters/documents. The packet she put together for us was also neatly organized with cover sheet and all. Her office was neat, clean and organized. They had drinks and snacks while we were there. She reviewed our whole case with us and was straightforward, clear and honest. I also really liked that her office offered a monthly payment plan. Overall, she made the whole experience a lot better. She's amazing. I already recommended her to other friends and we look forward to working with her again for naturalization when the time comes.
