I cannot believe the experience of lack of that I received from this company. Mike Banks, Steve and Suzanne should be ashamed at the way my case was handled. 5 months of little to no representation from a lawyer who could've cared less about me. I am appalled honestly. I asked again and again what I needed to do to make the case a success and was told to focus on my healing. So I did. Then 5 months later my lawyer drops my case, cancels me out of the firm then lies and tells me that I have been transferred to another lawyer while that actually wasn't true and I'm left with even more medical bills after being referred to a chiropractor under a contingency with the recommendation of Mike Banks who never even did as much as to call me or my chiropractor for an update on my condition. If you have a legitimate case, I beg of you to keep searching, Robert J Debry may have their billboards everywhere, but do your research and find a good law firm that won't just push you to the side. Pay the retainer fees if you have to. You get what you pay for with this company. I'm not surprised that I don't owe them after 5 months of little to no coverage. My life has been forever changed by my severe brain and back injury and Robert J Debry did nothing but waste my time and shoe me off like some person that wasn't worth their time. And the worst part of it, Suzanne really tried to recommend that I still pursue legal action in my injury case. I am so lost and don't know what to do now or what my next steps are. Like how are you going to send someone away with a back and brain injury after being represented by an obviously incompetent attorney and then still try and instill hope.into the situation, meanwhile being unwilling to listen to anything I said about how unfairly mishandled this whole situation was. I hope you honestly feel ashamed. And if your injured I'm anyway, find someone else for your own good. Read the bad reviews because this company only cares about one thing, and that is the most money they can get out of each situation. I've never been so disappointed and unsure.of what my next steps are in my whole life. How am I not worth the fight?
