Working with Steve Sullivan and his paralegal Stacey has been a great experience. I contacted them in Feb. 2020 right before the pandemic shut everything down. I was able to get all my questions answered and the process was smooth and easy with all their help. They were great communicating over the phone and responded quickly when not immediately available. I also used email to contact them and always had great communication that way as well. I believe I got the best representation possible and would highly recommend Steve Sullivan and his associates.

My main point of contact for most of the process with my case was Geri Kelley. She was wonderful to work with and made the process much less stressful. She’s kind, courteous, thorough, and extremely professional. I very much felt like I was in good hands. I could count on her to answer questions and calm my nerves. In the end, Riley Waddoups mediated my case and got me a fair settlement during a really uncertain time. He walked me through the process and assured me throughout about what my options were and worked to understand what I was comfortable with and how I wanted to proceed. Being injured in an accident is something none of us expect or want to deal with, and when it happens there are so many elements that the average person has no experience with.
