Be patient, they are great! My case took nearly two years from start to finish. In the beginning, and throughout the information-gathering process, they were very communicative: I was assigned to Billi Gelino and Riley Waddoups. Billi was so patient and informative as we navigated the process. Several months ago, my case appeared to be at a standstill, with a settlement nowhere in sight. Riley told me they would do their best, but I honestly stopped keeping tabs and figured it was a lost cause. Then, a couple of weeks ago, Riley reached out to me and let me know that the entity had come to a settlement agreement. I couldn't believe it. My mind was blown. I am SO thankful they stuck with it (while the entity dragged their feet) and stayed faithful to me and my situation. Thanks!!
