Amazing Law Firm with employees who truly care and are always wanting and willing to help!!! In May, 2021 I was in a car accident and suffered a pretty severe injury. So I hired an attorney for a different Law Firm that I won’t mention. The entire process from start to finish was a constant headache. I felt very alone. Felt like I was just a name on a piece of paper with a dollar amount attached. Whenever I reached out or had questions, I was either ignored or ended up having more questions and no answers.. it was a nightmare and I could go on and on about that bad experience, but this is about Robert J. DeBry and the team of people helping me on a new case. I definitely wasn’t looking forward to going through this experience again, but because of a car accident from July 2022, I had to hire another attorney. And this time I came here, I don’t regret that decision!!! From day one, I have never felt alone. Never felt like I didn’t know what was going on. And regardless of how many times I have reached out with questions or if I was needing something, I’ve never felt like a name on paper or had more questions than answers! And the main person I have to thank for that is Cassandra Hewitt. She is never bugged or bothered by me, she is always kind and caring! Always responds in a very timely manner! All my questions have answers or she gets the answers fast! I’m just one of the many many people and/or cases she is involved in! But I’ve never felt like I was just a case! They do care about me and are always wanting and willing to help!! Always available for me! They make this process a lot less scary and stressful!! Big Big Thanks Mike & Cassandra for making me feel like I matter!! Thanks for making me feel like I’m just as important as all the other People they help!!! They truly do care about my recovery and health! Im not just a case with a dollar amount attached!! Again, THANK YOU!!!!
