The Law Firm of Blair T. Jones is a true blessing. As the defendant, my process was made very simple and I was constantly at ease. Most lawyers are known to be unreachable, but Blair is always available to you with no extra charge. He’s more than willing to answer any questions you may come up with during this process. His services are also extremely affordable compared to anyone else. Not only was he able to get my Class C Misdemeanor dismissed, he was able to convince them to drop the charge entirely! I do not believe another attorney would have been able to do this for me. This Firm stays on top of things, and they really do put a lot of care into each of their clients. I’m extremely thankful there are still genuine attorneys out there such as Blair.

I was referred to Blair by a good friend. He talked to me about my case at 9:30 on a Sunday night!! When I met him he was extremely nice and made me feel completely comfortable and I had no problem telling him everything. He worked out a payment plan with me and assured me that if he couldn't get the case dismissed that we would beat the case in trial!! We met Blair at what was without a doubt the scariest days of our lives as our juvenile son was facing detention and potentially devastating felony charges due to a zealot county attorney, false allegations and a situation blown completely out of proportion. Just the allegations alone ruined a year of our lives and a year of his academic career as he was expelled based on false allegations. Innocent until proven guilty, eh? We met with a number of attorneys who immediately focused on developing a trial strategy and demanded outrageously expensive fees. Blair seemed to have the best feel for the case and suggested a much less controversial strategy to start with and for a far more reasonable fee. It also helped that our son felt most comfortable talking to Blair. For months Blair gracefully handled dealing with all of us as we went through all manner of emotions on almost a daily basis. In the end, Blair's strategy proved true and the charges against our son were dismissed. Our son can never recover that lost year, his academic standing, or his place in school, but at least he has his life ahead of him without a record. Even today, it is sometimes a struggle, but we have our son. And we have Blair to thank for that.
