Hands down Spencer is the best lawyer you will find. Him and his staff made one of the worst expierences Ive had to go through so much better. They always took the time to make sure I had all the answers and all the information I needed. It didn’t matter when I needed something they were there for me. He treated me like I was his friend not a client and looked out for my best interests and calmed my fears and helped me find the best possible solution in cases where it was a lose lose. Above and beyond that All the business and people who work with him are all huge fans and speak highly of him and a great which shows me what a great person he is. I would have lost my mind without him having my back. I can’t say enough thanks for all he’s done. He will absolutely make sure that you are first and he looks out for your interests regardless of whether it costs him sleep or time he does it without complaint! Thank you for being there for me ! Just Law and specifically Spencer Ricks were retained by me to assist and get me through a very difficult divorce. Spencer was amazing, he was quick and responsive to any issues and questions that arose. On more than one occasion he calmed me down, and talked me through the mediation process and why I shouldn't be concerned. Most importantly Spencer represented me through mediation. I was utterly amazed at how well mediation went in my favor, I didn't get everything I wanted. But, what I got was more than fair. In a system that feels rigged, against fathers Spencer more than leveled the playing field.

I would, without hesitation, recommend Jess Couser and her team to anyone requiring family legal help. Jess has been my attorney for a little over a year and a half now and she has been absolutely amazing from day 1. Going through a custody dispute has been horrible and Jess has managed to take a lot of the stress of it off of my shoulders. She is realistic, composed and so supportive of the issues that are important to me. I, unfortunately, went through three different attorneys before I found Jess and my previous attorneys did nothing but waste my money and make a huge mess of my case. I wish I would have has Jess on my side from the beginning. Before I worked with Jess, I felt that I had no one on my side, advocating for my child, now I have an entire team supporting me! At the beginning of my divorce I was with a different attorney/law firm who pushed for mediation when I wasn't sure that was the direction I wanted to go and didn't properly educate me on the divorce process. Because I wasn't ready to continue with the next step and wanted to consult my family before making a decision he emailed me on a Saturday saying that if I didn't pay the firm for the next phase/step by Monday he'd drop the case. So, I let him drop the case. Frantically, I start looking around for different attorneys (all over the phone consultations since I'm in a different state) and talked to Laura (one of a few that I had contacted). She was direct, firm, and educated during our conversation. She took the time to explain my best options and was very thorough in her approach as an attorney. She genuinely cares about getting you through the divorce quickly and understands that divorce isn't cheap so, doesn't want to drag things on just to make money. Mediation went way better than I could ever have imagined and I got everything I wanted. Her staff is exceptional. Mediation was a month ago for me and my ex's attorney has been very slow submitting the final decree and paperwork with the court. Melissa and Conor have both been emailing me updates and following up with the other attorney consistently to make sure that everything gets done. They care about their clients and go above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend this Law Firm; they've completely turned around the whole experience for me and been fantastic. I can't say enough good things about them.

I was referred to Jessica Couser by a friend who talked wonders about her so I decided to ask my friend for her information and scheduled a consultation. off the back the staff was very friendly when I went to my consultation, when I went to speak to Jessica she was very friendly listened to all of my concerns and asked all the right questions, she never rushed me even though it was a free consultation she explained everything the whole divorce process gave me a good pricing detail and told me that if I wanted to look around to see who I felt most comfortable with but let me just say she made a very good first impression so I decided to go with her and her team. Everybody the whole staff was amazing always kept me informed of everything that was going on with my case, they answered all questions and concerns they were always available for me. on top of that Jessica kept me in the price range she had quoted me there were no unexpected fees or bills!!
