This place ripped us off. All we needed was a simple easement written up, which a quick internet search says should cost less than $1,000, but the attorney we talked to refused to give us a firm number but repeatedly stated it shouldn't be much, then socked us for $5,500. We'll never use this firm again based on what we perceive as predatory pricing.
